Delivery

We can deliver to any address within the United Kingdom. products cannot be delivered to international destinations i.e. outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

All items are delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is made via courier service and delivery is normally made within 3 working days of your order. If delivery is not made by the 5th working day following your order please contact us.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is both fair and simple.

You may return new any unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Providing goods are returned unopened and in the same condition as supplied you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank or card issuer to process our refund request.

In the case of faulty goods, all items are covered by a 12 month warranty (from date of delivery). In the event of a fault we will replace the suspect item free of charge.
